An Australian man is accused of kιlling his two daughters because he and his ex-wife were
involved in a custody battle.
According to authorities, Charles Mihayo smοthered his two daughters, ages four and three, because he felt that he was going to lose them.
Investigators say 36 year old Mihayo was acting out of revenge against his ex wife, who was fighting him for custody of the girls.
Shortly before the mυrders, Mihayo sent a text message to his ex-wife telling her that she’d “won”and he wanted to see his children one last time.
Once the girls arrived, he dressed them up in new outfits, filmed them dancing, then smοthered them with pillows.
“Do you really believe I’d give up my flesh and bloοd just like that? You don’t get to decide that for me,” he later told his ex-wife.

The girl’s mother was outside the apartment at the time he was visiting the girls and called police after everything “went quiet”, reports an Australian news affiliate.
When the woman asked what had happened to the girls, Mihayo told her “you’ll know when they get here”, meaning police.
Police say Mihayo told him that kιlling his daughters “made sense at the time.”
“It’s done. I kιlled them. I kιlled my kids,” he told police, then when asked for a motive, he said, “you’d have to ask her”, meaning his ex-wife.
Mihayo had reportedly threαtened his wife for trying to take his children away from him and admitted to a neighbor that he wanted to hυrt her.
“His issue was not with his children but with his ex-wife?” Justice Lasry asked.
Mihayo, who emigrated from Tanzania, was described as isolated and had reportedly lost his mother not long before this incident.

Get the ex those angels did nothing to him. In addition he truly didn't anybody in that scenario to be able to complete such hate. I have been in that situation with a daughter who is 12 that I have not seen since she was 4. I could not imagine her in this world alone so I walked away before something like this happened.
This shows us there are sick people all over the world. For someone to kill their own children out of anger at their other parent, they have to be sick, sick people. No excuse for this. I hope he ends up in prison for life, double murder. It makes me wonder what went on while the couple was married. And why there was not a custody and supervised visitation in place already. I'm sure that mother is devestated beyond comprehension that she left them alone with him.
"You don't get to decide that for me" . Yet, he played God by taking these babies' lives.
I don't know why people continue to play these games when their children's lives are at stake….she knew he was crazy…I am sure at some point prior to this he either said something or did something to indicate he was capable of evil….
This animal needs hell on earth and in the afterlife. I am sick and tired of these so-called adults acting like spoiled brats and making innocent children pay for their bratish I want everything my way behavior.
Two children are dead because of this son of a bitch.
