After Michael Brown was gunned down in Ferguson by Officer Darren Wilson, many observers pointed out that the police force was majority white, implying that hiring more black officers might result in a force less hostile to the black community.
An incident in Philadelphia, where a black cop follows teens then hurls expletives at them, calls into question that theory.
In a video posted to Facebook and reported on by NBC Philadelphia, a Philadelphia officer can be seen following a group of teens and specifically threαtening at least one teen.
“Big man, do we have a problem?” the officer asks. “Because I notice that you keep trying to make eye contact with me. Is there a problem?”
The teen responds to the officer and the officer lets the expletives flow.
“Okay, well keep f*****g walking,” the officer yells. “The next time you look me in my f*****g eye, I’m gonna beat the s**t out you!”
The officer’s name has not been released because he hasn’t been charged with a crime. Police say the officer will face disciplinary action for his behavior. Authorities did not, however, provide any insight into why the officer was so enraged.
“The video does not reflect well on the officer,” said one Philadelphia official. “I have no doubt he had good reason to be exasperated but you have to maintain your professional demeanor.”

In Ferguson, blacks make up nearly 70 percent of the population, but the city’s police force of 53 officers only has three black officers. Ferguson’s mayor has promised to bolster minority hiring amid protests regarding the lack of diversity on the force.
He verbally threatened a minor with physical abuse , isn't that a charge ???
The officer needs to be fired and the families of these youth need to sue him. People with power or those who perceive they are powerful all understand when their pocket is hit.

Don't let one black officer determine, whether more black officers will be hired around the United States, the ranks are thin even when I were in Law Enforcement. Medium size Police Department will not hire in most cases over three black officers. Believe me this officer have not gotten away with this, he will be discipline, and that incident will come up every time its time for his raises and promotions, Police Department are notorious for reminding you of your wrongdoings, for the rest of the time you work for there organization, if he last that long. In the past I found two sets of rules for officers, if you are a minority. A other thing these acts you have seen of officers abusing others and killing, in the past the officer would be in jail, new and modern day policing, police administration has failed the community by letting vigilante officers enforce the laws of there jurisdictions, in anyway they want to with no supervision. In most cases when I worked they punished the officers supervisor for the officers mistake. What it is now its a failure of the police administration to seek help for stresses and mental illness, by continuing to work these officers, when they has the authority to send these officers for therapy. But rather let mentally ill patients carry a gun, and stick there head in the sand when something happen. Police Training and Standards are lacking today, Cities are hiring the wrong Police Chief's, some have never worked in Law Enforcement with no background, never been patrol officers, are know how to interact with minorities in racial issues. To evaluate Law Enforcement as a profession today, it lacks proper training in all areas but firearms training, and shooting to kill. The Community needs to attend more City Council Meeting to see who there next Police Chief will be, looking at the resume's, and the reason why they left there former job.
This is a partial video of what happened. There was a fight with many students in the area. The police were there to break the crowd up and get them moving to their destination. The officer was dead ass wrong but SOME of these kids feel like they can say and do as they please! There are consequences for every action on both sides of the fence.
There is No difference between a white cop and a black cop, as it relates to black people, once these brute, beast killer kops put on their uniform and their bage and their sworn blood oaths. Armed with these instruments of mass destruction, these killer kops,become transformed into SUPER-KOPS. All KOPS see black people as Kryptonite, and when they encounter black people, they change from mild mannered Clark Kent into Super-Kop, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, and will shot a NIGGER without any hesitation nor pause.
