A Mississippi judge who hit a disabled African-American man while shouting “run, n**ger run” has been indicted for assault. Mississippi Justice Court Judge Bill Weisenberger, who allegedly struck 20 year old Eric Rivers, turned himself in on charges of simple assault. He was released after posting $10,000 bond.
