This video might make you wonder if this woman was racially profiled.  How do you get banned from the mall for talking too loud?  This story seems crazy.

  1. I don’t know when police and government officials as whole of this Country will learn that they it’s too late to stump down on Black people. That should have been done in the 50s and 60s – not now. The President and Attorney General of this Country are multi-racial. This should give racists hint to reckon that all people in this Country should be free within the law. Police had no duty and right to ID this woman, just because she was happy. This woman should sue the police department under 4th and 13th Amendments. This is going too far.

  3. This is outrageous. The best way to address this is by sitting on our hands and staying out of the malls. We'd help ourselves by not wasting our money engaging in "recreational spending" where we're not wanted. Moreover, recreational mall spending is incompatible with individual and collective economic development and independence anyway. Getting insulted like this and feeling like you have no other option other than to seek redress so you can spend money with the same folks who don't respect you is a non starter for me—these guys win while we still lose, so why mess around with that? If they want to ban us for 10 years, we need to raise the stakes and make it a permanent absence by keeping our money in our pocket and invest in ourselves individually and our community. This is certainly easier said than done, but it must be done otherwise our children's children will have the same complaint

    • You’re right that sitting on our hands and staying out of the malls. But remember we need some of things from these Malls. Take my word – sue them. Well of course it’s expensive to hire a lawyer. So we should learn how to sue. File a complaint in state, city or county equal opportunity commission. Usually it’s free. They will give you forms to fill and investigate your case for free. All it takes is to spill history what took place. Do it by numbered paragraphs like when you write a thesis. From thereon – make sure you meet deadlines – or ask for extension to present responses. Another way is to picket. Take about 10 people to picket and the owner of establishment will be in the news. Of course they will say: “a bunch of Blacks were shouting.” So flag the Chief of Police that you’re going to picket at the mall. But you will have made a point. So my recommendation now is -Learn how to sue these morons. I am suing two federal judges: Judge Crabb of Wisconsin and Judge Easterbrook of the 7th Circuit for saying that Blacks were intellectually inferior to Whites. This is despite I ranked No. 1 or highest on test beating White exam takers. My case is in the US Supreme Court. I want them fired.

  5. ludicrous…my money is TOO GOOD to spent there, or that city in which the mall sits….that is how to defeat amerikkka…keep our money with us and those that respect us and spend their money with black owned businesses, native amerikan, mexican, hawaiins, asians too many people of color to deal with leave the white folks to their economic, moral and spiritual doom….

  6. I have never heard of this foolishness before. I am a hearing impaired individual and I sometimes talk loud. Even with hearing aids, I still miss a lot of what is being said.

This may very well be a case of disability discrimination. I have had people through the years think that I was ignoring them and in actuality, I simply did not hear them. My closest friends confided in me that "we have been screaming at you for years".

Being banned from a mall for speaking loud in a none aggressive manner is too much. If she had been in a hostile argument and was threatening in her manner, I could see the ban. She was apparently just speaking to the clerk and placing an order. The clerk did not summon the police regarding any rude or disorderly conduct on the part of this woman.

The police took this upon himself to get involved in a situation that apparently involved no criminal activity and there was not complaint.

    He should be fired.

  7. I love racism!

  8. That's so silly.

  9. so considerably very good information on here, : D.
