The family of the late singer Whitney Houston gathered together recently and it was not pleasant. Whitney’s son-in-law and her nephews got into a violent fight.
The gathering was supposed to be formal, according to TMZ, until things got a little too heated over a family feud, which has been simmering for quite some time. Whitney’s nephew, Gary Michael Houston, allegedly lost total control of his temper and beat up Bobbi Kristina’s husband, Nick Gordon. He reportedly slammed Gordon’s face onto the floor, pummeling his face. The nephew accused Gordon of talking negatively about the Houston family.
According to sources close to the family, the fight took place at a Sweet 16 party for Whitney’s niece, Rayah. The sources also told TMZ, that the event was formal and that everyone was dressed in tuxes and long gowns. Well, everyone except for Gordon. He allegedly arrived to the party in a hoodie and knit cap and “lookin’ like a thug.”
This was just too much for Whitney’s nephew Gary. He believed the family to have been disrespected one too many times by Gordon. He delivered the beat down immediately following the conclusion of the party. The fight was allegedly one worth missing, as the only person actually fighting was the nephew. Gordon reportedly failed to get off even a single punch.
Now that the physical fight is over, the two men involved have made the decision to move their situation to Twitter. “F*** all of em they’ve tried to fight me (Gary H) jealous ass n***a,” Gordon posted.
Gary Houston responded via tweet, “He still kind a sore from that last trip I sent him on smh …. I tried to tell him to buckle up lol.”
