According to RadarOnline.com, 83 year-old Katherine Jackson is being pressured by her two “greedy” sons Jermaine and Randy Jackson to appeal the decision the jury made in Michael Jackson’s billion dollar wrongful death case. The jurors decided Michael’s doctor, Conrad Murray, was fully competent when he was hired by Jackson and there’s no reason for AEG to know that he would give Jackson surgery style anesthesiology.
The trial dragged on for 5 months. Despite the verdict, Katherine has hinted to her lawyer Brian Panish that she agrees with his research to push for a possible appeal. An insider claims that Randy and Jermaine are the real vocal ones behind pushing for a new trial. It’s said that the two brothers were the most surprised by the jury’s decision and that they were counting on the huge settlement being split amongst all of Katherine’s children.
Randy is said to believe that the judge made copious amounts of errors during the trial and they they have plenty of reasons to file for an appeal. Jackson’s mother is said to be worn out from the entire situation, but does not want to stop fighting the trial conviction completely. Panish said that despite the ruling, the jurors really liked Jackson and she is hopeful about an appeal going their way,
Parish said that the majority of the jury expressed that their impression of Jackson as a lot better when they heard more about him being a good parent and his humanitarian efforts. The jury understood he struggled with abuse, but that he did the best he could to deal with his addiction.
The insider says Jermaine and Randy are just greedy and only want a retrial so that they can split the billion dollar lawsuit amongst themselves.
