Rapper Flo-Rida had a paternity test done to determine whether or not he was the father of a two year old. The test revealed that there was a 0% chance that Flo-Rida was the child’s father but the results came after the rapper had already been ordered by a judge to pay child support.
Gloria Holloway claimed that Flo-Rida, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, was the father of her two year old son and took the rapper to court for child support payments. Dillard adamantly denied any paternity claims that Holloway was making but in the end the judge ruled in her favor.
Flo-Rida had a paternity test done to prove that he had not fathered the child and turned out to be totally correct. Sadly the ruling had already been made before the results of the test were sent back, which strikes me as odd. How could the judge have awarded Holloway rights to child support without having the results of the paternity test in hand? Something doesn’t seem right with this picture at all.
Flo’s lawyers have stated that they will be filing the results of the paternity test with proper authorities to insure that Holloway will never receive any child support payments from the “Low” rapper. The attorneys also had this to say, “Flo Rida is absolutely not the father of the child and does not expect to hear anything else on the subject.”
The fact that this woman was able to win a case based on false claims and no evidence is astonishing to me. Did the judge simply assume that because Dillard is a rapper he probably had a many illegitimate children roaming around?
