Woman Attacks Girl For Not Sharing Ice-cream With Her Daughter
A woman in San Antonio, Texas must have had some very strong feelings about sharing or she must have been extremely sensitive about how her four year old is treated. Unfortunately for her, which ever one of her strong convictions caused her behavior, she ended up arrested.
Talysa Herron has been arrested because she is accused of hitting a 10 year old girl who she says would not share her ice cream with Herron’s four year old daughter.
According to the San Antonio Express-News, on Saturday, the 10 year old bought her ice cream and then went and played with children that were also playing nearby.
Herron’s four year old daughter is reported to have approached the 10 year old girl while she was playing and asked for some of her ice-cream. When the 10 year old refused to share her ice cream, Herron’s daughter allegedly tried to s****h it and the 10 year old slapped her hand to stop her from snatching the ice-cream.
While on her way home, the 10 year old girl was approached by Talysa Herron who is reported to have slapped her in the face and then proceeded to follow her home in her car.
At the 10 year old’s house, the 10 year old’s mother, Cyndi Lafontaine, confronted Herron for slapping her daughter and Herron is reported to have attacked her, beating and punching her until someone called the police.
Herron has been charged with injuring a child.
