Deion Sanders’ Ex-Wife Pilar Evicted After Lights, Gas Cut Off
Pilar Sanders, the estranged wife of former NFL star Deion Sanders, is reportedly struggling to pay the bills. While she was always seen wearing the finest and most expensive designer outfits, Pilar apparently doesn’t have the ability to pay for these things with her own money. It is being reported that after getting her lights and gas turned off due to non-payment, she is now being evicted.
Deion reportedly earns $161,000 per month and is allegedly worth $250 million. Pilar gets $10,500 per month in child support, but none of the money has been paid since April. Deion’s attorneys are fighting the judgement, claiming that he has no obligation to pay her utilities.
Kali Bowyer, Pilar’s publicist, said this to Rumorfix.com:
This is a horrific situation that Mr. Sanders has placed Pilar and the children in by completely disregarding his not only court ordered obligations, but as well as his obligations as a Father to provide support.
It clearly comes as a great shock to see that one of America’s beloved athletes would turn his back on a hungry child, especially his own. While Pilar has pleaded for the courts to take a stand and enforce the existing support order, she has yet to see any relief in the matter.
Deion says that the kids are with him half a week, so Pilar isn’t footing the entire bill for the kids. Secondly, we’re wondering how a woman getting evicted can afford a publicist.

We must keep in mind that balance is the indicator of the human condition. She came into the relationship with not very much and fell in love with how Deion was living. She adopted his lifestyle but not enough hustle. When times were good, she could have gone back to school or started a business. Much of the problem is how you vacate the situation. Michael Jordon’s wife, Tiger’s wife are quietly sipping wine without a word one way or another. I am sure that Usher and Deion would happily afford these women a substantial amount of money, but when it turns into a media ghetto fight, all bets are off.
