Tameka Files Motion for a New Custody Trial
Usher’s ex-wife isn’t going to allow him to simply walk away with custody of her kids, at least not without a fight. Tameka Raymond is fighting like crazy in court to regain custody, filing a motion for a retrial in their divorce proceedings.
The judge awarded Usher custody of their two sons, which didn’t sit well with Tameka. She has now filed her motion on the grounds that the judge showed favoritism toward Usher. She says that the judge has ties with Usher’s lawyer, and that the attorney raised a significant amount of money for the judge’s re-election campaign.
In fact, Tameka also says that the lawyer was on the judge’s re-election committee, making this look like a serious crony issue. Tameka says that all the evidence says that she would be a better parent, but maybe they should have spent more time learning how to be better spouses so they wouldn’t have this problem.
Tameka is now waiting for a ruling on her motion.
I just hope Usher is fair allows his ex equal parenting, because she has gone thru enough. Come on you two try to work together because its all about the kids!
This is a ruthless heartless emotionless narcissistic b***h. She should have allowed the man access to his kids before it came to this instead of using them as a p**n.
She seems more interested in cashing in than in the children, and we have seen her negligence in the death of her other son. Where was she, and what was she doing that allowed the child to be at a lake with cousin(s) with jet ski(s) whirling around the boy and others swimming? Who took the child to the lake, and who was supervising? Did she give her permission? What was her role, or lack of it in all of this? I really believe that the boys would be much happier with their father than a bitter mother left floating…. She needs some therapy, and now to take care of herself instead of looking to get a pay day from the judge instead of working for it…..
