Jermaine Dupri Almost Loses Mansion to Foreclosure

Jermaine Dupri still has a mansion in Atlanta for the mean time. Dupri was able to save his home from foreclosure just as it was being auctioned off. The rapper and music producer is reported to have had trouble paying his mortgage and piled up over $193,000 in mortgage debt.

The Atlanta mansion was scheduled to be auctioned off on September 4 because the music man had failed to pay the bank $193,404 in monthly payments on his mortgage.

Dupri and his legal team acted swiftly and managed to file an emergency motion in response to the banks intention to auction off his home. He filed a motion to block the auction and claimed to only owe $89,901. He also paid the bill in full at the time of filing the motion.

At the last moment, the home was taken off the list of homes to be auctioned.

According to TMZ, Dupri’s lawyer, James Kane, said,

“There was no foreclosure sale of the property … We are presently working with the lender to reconcile our disagreement over the [mortgage amount due].”

Let’s hope Mr. Dupri will keep up with his monthly payments to avoid going through this embarrassing ordeal again.

I agree these greedy government bastards are riping Black people off…entertainers, ball players, and sc(rappers) are all in this plan to keep us in debt!

I feel they should waive these debts and chalk it up as our reparations!!! If O’Drama can bail out banks, mortgage companies and insurance companies; then the government can waive his tax bill!!!

Let’s not forget, when these corporate thugs and gangstas got that welfare check from O’Drama, they got manicures, pedicures, whores, wine, weed, liquor and even gave themselves BONUSES!!! AIN’T THAT A BYTCH?

We worked for FREE over 500 years and counting, so PAY up or SHUT up. By the way…the 16th amendment was NEVER RATIFIED; therefore we should not be paying taxes, just like those rich cracker bastards are taking advantage of, so why can’t we? Also, private ownership and CONTROL of federal banking was set up by the elites, as part of their scheme for world conquest through CONTROLLING world banking.

If I was this brother, I would sell that mansion and pay cash for a nice 3 or 4 bedroom home and live comfortable the rest of my life. A single man ain’t got no business with a mansion, anyway.

The unuted snakes of a******s, owe US BLACK PEOPLE ANYWAY!

Who in their right mind allows their mortgage payments to get this far in arrears?? Be responsible and use common sense!! I have no sympathy for him or others who allow this to happen.
