Chris Brown’s Album Vandalized With ‘This Man Beats Women’ Stickers

A group of morality vigilantes in the UK have taken it upon themselves to go around to record stores and affix "warning" stickers to Chris Brown's albums. When customers pick up his album in certain stores, they might be confronted with a label that reads "WARNING. DO NOT BUY THIS ALBUM! THIS MAN BEATS WOMEN."

Chris Brown’s Fortune Album

It appears that a group of morality vigilantes in the UK haven’t forgiven Chris Brown for the domestic dispute he had with his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Several copies of Chris Brown’s Fortune album have been labeled with a sticker saying “WARNING – Do not buy this album! This man beats women” in HMV stores in London. “It was very much an isolated incident and nothing to do with HMV or representing our views,” a spokesman for the store told reporters. “It would appear a member of the public popped into one of our stores yesterday and stickered a handful of CDs.”

This week it was reported that Brown met with a group of domestic violence victims as the host of a back-to-school event where the proceeds went to charity. Chris made the appearance on behalf of the Jenesse Center and youth advocacy group, The Change. “It’s in my heart to show my fans, my friends and family and the families at Jenesse who stood by me they were right to give met another chance. I’m working hard to make them proud,” he said.

Chris got major kudos from Karen Earl, the founder of the organization.  She states that Brown and his mother, Joyce Hawkins have done wonderful work for the charity.  Chris’ mother was a victim of domestic violence herself, which may have been an influence in the singer’s decision to beat his ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009. “Chris and his mom have spent many quiet hours at our facilities, no cameras, no special attention or entourages,” Earl said.

Is it time for people to forgive Chris Brown for the 2009 domestic dispute?

  1. Leave Chris Brown alone. How long should he pay for a mistake he made, especially since Rihanna has forgiven him? Stop trying to make Chris Brown look bad so we can look good. Deal with your own issues.

  2. BTW, and I hope we do not drag this too long, but care to remind us just what kind of weapons were being used on Kurds by Saddams army? Towards the tune of hundreds of thousands of dead Speak about re-written history

  3. You can certainly see your enthusiasm inside the paintings you write. The sector hopes for far more passionate writers like you who are not afraid to mention how they believe. At all times follow your heart.
