Actor Michael Clarke Duncan Dies at 54

Actor Michael Clarke Duncan, known for appearances in films such as “The Green Mile” and “The Whole Nine Yards,” has died.  The actor was just 54 years old when he passed.   The passing came suddenly, according to sources familiar with the situation.  His fiancee, Omarosa Manigault, was with him at the hospital in Los Angeles when he passed.  She’d left the hospital for a short while and he was dead when she got back.

According to TMZ, the actor had not yet fully recovered from a myocardial infarction on July 13.  Omarosa revive him when he went down on that day and she has been by his side ever since.  Most thought that he was going to make a full recovery, but he never did.

Omarosa’s rep says, “[Omarosa] Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.”

Duncan got his start as a body guard for major celebrities like Will Smith and Jamie Foxx, and later got into acting himself.  He was a pretty good actor at that.  RIP.

jus wow! smh…they’r leaving here too soon and too young. I remember him vividly in “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins”, not in the other two movies mentioned in the article. R.I.P. “big man.”

I’m sad that he didn’t make it after the July incident. I really enjoyed him in the Planet of the Apes with Mark Wahlberg and he made me cry in The Green Mile. I wish peace and strength for Omarosa as she says prepares a farewell ceremony instead of a wedding ceremony for the man she loves.

RIP Mr. Duncan. I used to hang at the 50 Yard Line nightclub on the south side of Chicago before Michael became famous and he was a bouncer there. He was a real cool dude who was very nice to all the patrons. I remember teasing him about his physical resemblance to champion body builder Lee Haney, he got a kick out of that. Class act, no doubt about it.

Being a fairly big guy myself, who wasn’t quite as in shape as Michael Duncan was, I’m lost for words right now. I didn’t know he was quite that ill from his heart attack until later. May he rest in peace.

Michael will be missed, life is short so we have to take care of ourselves, and surround ourselves with People who care about our health. In the Green Mile he was able to save lives with his special gift. Maybe God needed him in Heaven. Rest in Peace.

Karma is certainly a b***h. Michael was a sweetheart but his girlfriend was a b***h! She made people cry with her nasty attitude.
    Now look who’s crying now!

Liz, you are one sorry a*s stinking b***h. How do you equate someone’s nasty attitude, with the loss of someone else’s death? If this was karma, then karma, will soon be visiting your rotten a*s.
