Actor Clifton Powell Being Accused of S*xual Assault
Actor Clifton Powell is having legal problems after being accused of s*xual assault. Powell, who played “Pinky” in the film, “Next Friday,” among other movies, says that he never raped a woman in Louisiana who is taking him to court.
Powell has played roles in other major films, including “Rush Hour,” “Ray,” and “Menace II Society.” He is being sued by a woman who is going under the name Kiyante Myers. Myers says that Powell raped her in a hotel room in August, 2011.
The woman says that she agreed to have s*x with Powell, but when it turned rough, she asked him to stop. She says that he refused. The woman says that instead of stopping, Powell put his hands over her face and continued to have s*x with her anyway. Powell was never arrested for the alleged assault because police said that they didn’t have enough evidence to secure a conviction. The case was closed, but the woman later filed a civil suit for monetary damages.
Myers is asking the court for amounts in excess of $75,000 for her ordeal. Powell and his reps are saying that the allegations are patently false.
“Mr. Powell absolutely denies these false accusations and plans on pursuing all legal remedies available to him against his accuser,” said Powell’s rep.
If he didn’t do it, he shouldn’t give her a d**n dime. Michael Jackson, made the mistake of giving his first lying accuser money, just to get rid of him, and it only opened the door for others, because they saw an easy pay day. If Michael, fought the first accuser, like he did the second one, he’d have saved his reputation, and his money too. People with money, must learn to record all their s****l encounters, with cameras, and sound equipment, just in case they encounter a gold digger.

I would sue her a$$ too if she is lying. Rape is a serious accusation and it’s a disgrace to all females who had actually been raped for these idiot women who do lie about something this serious.
