Chris Brown Trying To Sell West Hollywood Penthouse
He’s only just had it a year, but it has now been confirmed that ‘Look At Me’ singer Chris Brown is putting his lavish West Hollywood condo on the market, news that his neighbours will no doubt be overjoyed to hear.
Neighbours previously accused Brown of causing havoc whilst staying at the 3,000 square foot property, such as leaving his cars in disabled parking spaces, playing loud music, partying, and racing dogs up and down the hallways.
In response, Breezy has always maintained that he was barely ever at home and therefore unable to cause problems for other residents (naturally via Twitter much of the time.)
The R&B singer has listed his condominium for sale at $1.89 million, which is about $300,000 more that he paid for it last February. The three- bedroom home has an open plan kitchen/diner and an office.
