Young Mother Catches Child Tossed From Window [VIDEO]
A Cleveland, Ohio mother dropped her toddler from a second story window Tuesday to save his life. It happened just before the child’s father allegedly set her on fire.
The toddler survived without a scratch thanks to another young mother who didn’t hesitate when she heard the cry for help.
“She’s just like, can you catch my baby? I said yes I got him and she dropped him in my arms and I caught the baby, Naquetta Jackson said.
Seconds later, the victim jumped from the window, her clothes ablaze.
The suspect escaped through another second story window in the back of the home. Eight hours later, Kevin Ford was captured just a few houses down from the scene.
Police say his clothes reeked of lighter fluid. The neighborhood is breathing collective sigh of relief. The child’s mother was treated for burns and a broken arm and released from MetroHealth Medical Center.

This is a feel sad but feel good story. The two women-the mother and the stranger–are heroes. I am praising Him for the baby’s and mother’s lives. The man who burned the mother and caused her to throw her baby out of the window and jump herself should
burn in “h**l.” What a gift of life the passerby gave.

These men are C.R.A.Z.Y. like that. My friends son in law poured gasoline on her daughter and stood their with a lighter in his hand. She prayed to God under her breathe and then he later told her if she reported him to the police he would kill her. Needless to say she did not call the police on him. Sometime later he got arrested for something else. He got out of jail sometime later. Again she got back with him had ANOTHER child for him. Sometime later they broke up again. I suppose he is somewhere doing something with someone else.
Every woman is our mother and should be treated with respect and dignity.
Whatever quarrels any couple find themselves facing should not result in extreme actions, as to burn your better half–a woman ( whether she is a wife or just living together ), and to attempt to burn an innocent Angel ( the baby ) , was most callous of that man.
There are worst situations of unemployment , in Africa, where millions of graduates do any menial job to cope with life, even as most African women are full house wives and do little or nothing..their men still cope and love their women and labor all through life for their women and children, even as they die young from their over bearing labors, which consequently reduces their life expectancy; then, there are enterprising and industrious women all over the U.S., supporting their men counterparts, only to be treated like this case at hand, is dis heartening!
