  1. The boy is not happy about his father’s upcoming nupitals. I don’t agree with his tatics but understand his unrest. As parents, it should never be forgotten that actions done affect the chidren, even adult children. When having children, one should be ready, willing and able to put personal lfe and wants on hold until they have raised the children sufficently. I say sufficiently because in some cases that is age 18 and in others that could be age 40. I’m just saying…Be Continuously Blessed.

    • He’s 23 years old. The fact that his father is getting married has nothing to do with him dropping out of school. I think he’s having a hard time not being close to what his dad was, but he was there for the wrong reasons. How do you get to be a senior and drop out? That makes no sense.

      • Bernie, if what this young man is going through has anything to do with his Dad’s recent actions–it doesn’t need to make sense!

  2. THAT HAS NOTHING TO WITH IT,MICHAEL AND JUANITA HAVE BEEN DIVORCED FOR YEARS SHE ACTUALLY HAS BEEN COMMITTED TO SOMEONE ELSE AS WELL.YOUR NOT DEALING WITH TODDLERS BUT YOUNG MEN AND THIS ONE PARTICULLARLY CONCENTRATES ON ACADEMICS MORE THAN ATHLETICS.

    • couldnt have said it any better than you did….the jordans have been seperated for a while now and jordans son is 23 years old !!! i dont think he is really upset about his parent relationships!

  3. I “PRAY” that it’s not because of….it’s feeling almost Impossible for him to stand in His Father’s “Basketball” Shoes!!

If,that is the reason……Baby Boy Jeff Jordan….your Father was/IS the Epitome of Basketball….but, what you should focus on…is that….”He’s the Epitome of “SOMETHING”!! Your GREATNESS doesn’t have to be in Basketball…..use those Good Genes to find “YOU” in this World!!

For truly….if you stay in Basketball or ANY sport….you will ALWAYS be compared to your Father…..but,in this thing called Life….Draft your Own…DESTINY……for SURELY….God has given YOU…a Good “BLUE-PRINT” to “Draft” from !!

PRAY & see what God has in store for Jeff Jordan…….(even starting w/that …”Prayer” for that would separate You from you Father…not being mean….but…the TRUTH…makes us “FREE”) and then….see won’t God …”Show-Up & Show-Out”….in your….little….AWESOME… Life (for it “WILL-BE”…AWESOME) !!

BLESSINGS to You Master J.Jordan…..and…the whole Jordan family (especially Ms Juanita & Michael Jordan’s Mom :-)…for it TRULY…looks ike…being Married to a Jordan man….wasn’t a “Walk in the Park….now…THAT’S a Whole nother….Blog :-)…LBVS)

    Mama-T……………………………….out !!

  4. Everyone should be able to choose their own path in life. Unfortunaely, by having a famous family member, some people in society feel that their siblings will automatically perform on the same level.. which is totally unrealistic…

  5. For all you naithsayers, let Jeffery speak his own mind. He’s a grown man now. He has known about the lives of his parents for many years. Many of you are never happy unless you can interject your own ill thoughts about other peoples business. Mind your own business.

    • Chicago Mom,

This is part of what comes along with being His Airness’s son. It was a benefit all these years while he was playing and now that his career is all but over everyone wants to pretend he’s just another black kid that couldn’t cut it. No He is still the same Micheal Jordan’s son that benefited all those years from being Micheal’s son. You have to take the bad with the good. If he knew what was good for him he’d make sure he graduated while using someone else’s dime. Not that Micheal can’t afford to pay for it but he needs to make sure he gets an education because no matter how much Micheal leaves him, he can’t be left enough if he’s not smart enough to know how to manage it once Micheal is gone.

  6. Probably one of the hardest things in the world to do is to separate yourself from legend.
I bet there are actually very few people that look at or hear of this young man and think of his name.
The first thought is Michael’s son. One thing he certainly should have done is try to distinguish himself in some area other than basketball. Thats a set-up for failure.

23 years old. If he really left school because of the upcoming wedding then he really a pu**y. Spent all these years being coddled and now can’t deal with the realities of life. Grew older without growing up.
