    • LOOK HERE IF IT WAS YOU YOU WOULDNT BE HAPPY AND WHY WOULD YOU SAY ANYTHING LIKE THAT ANYWAYS I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY TO YOU BECAUSE THAT WAS VER IGNORANT AND CHILDISH OF YOU TO SAY WHOEVER YOU ARE I HOPE YOU HAVE A VERY BAD BAD BAD BAD LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Run dis movie backward an its have a happy endin.

  3. The new generation needs to watch this movie everyday until they change their ways.

  4. A very excellent tv movie from the same era, also starring Ms. Tyson, is “The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman”. My baby sister turned me on to this movie when we were just kids in the 1970’s, and it tells really well about a hundred years worth of African-American and American history (SAME THING, ACTUALLY!), through the eyes of a freed slave after the Civil War, all the way to the Civil Rights struggles of the early 1960’s. It is sometimes amazing to see what high quality programming the 3 networks were willing to put on back then, along with the garbage, and it’s a shame we can’t get them to air that kind of good stuff again. Of course, reality shows are so cheap to make, they would never air a mini-series like “Roots” or make a movie like Jane Pittman, because it actually costs money to pay the high-end stars, writers, directors, and have those high quality production values. And, the audience is now so split up among so many channels on cable and satellite, they would probably never get those ratings numbers again, anyway. But, it would be nice to see some quality programming again on the 3 main broadcast networks!!! Glenn

  5. dont be fooled by this oprah whimfrey charade, for maaaany years she has ignored the black community opting to service those middle class white girls while even attacking black men all just to get higher rating, look more upscale and of course, gain access into the upper-middle class world .She tried the same thing when she went to OWN but surprised!!!!!!! all those good white folks didnt follow her like she had hoped, now she has come to her senses and is out to hustle and fool the black community once again into helping her revive her sinking-failing network.lets suppose she succeeds in doing so……you guessed it she will do just like all teh other networks have done…leave the black community again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so inorder to keep frm letting that happen, lets all leave her alone and stickto TV1 cause they have always ben in the black community and always will be there
