A 33-year-old mother has been charged with making written death threats to a middle school student on Facebook.

Orange County deputies said Rayshell Lavone Smith sent an eighth-grader messages saying she was going to the school with a gun to ‘off you’.

According to an investigative report released this week, Smith’s daughter argued with another student at Freedom Middle School last month about someone who brought a knife to school.

The Orlando Sentinel reports the fight continued for a few days until Smith allegedly sent the student a message on November 23 saying she would put a gun in the student’s mouth.

She wrote: ‘So you the [expletive] messing with my girls. I will see you when school gets in.’

The student told a school officer. Smith apologized, but the student said she was still afraid.
