In an October Forbes article, titled: “Why Most Women Will Never Become CEO” Marks had the following to say:

The men growing up know that if they wreck a company they will ‘sweeten’ their resume and ship it to an executive search firm and wait for a call. They do not internalize these failed episodes. Women might o into a state of severe depression and never recover. To the male American slavery is the cost of doing business, even White slavery.
