Man Kills Woman, Stole Her Rings and Used Them to Propose to His Girlfriend
Raymond Harris of Chicago may not be getting out of prison for a very long time. The 36-year old man has been accused of beating an elderly woman to death in her garage and stealing her wedding and engagement rings. He then used the rings to propose to his girlfriend, according to police. He was already out on parole for an attempted murder conviction.
