Children Strip Searched and Jailed For Walking Through Neighbors Yard (VIDEO)

It seems that the state of Mississippi has a lot of folks just shaking their heads.  Three kids were strip-searched this week for trespassing and their parents are demanding answers.  If that were my child, we’d be in the police station fighting.

Parents of three Mississippi teenagers are demanding answers after the teens were strip searched for trespassing.

Cliff Johnson, the attorney for the three teens, said Wednesday that children who have never committed a crime should not have received such harsh treatment.

Johnson said a complaint from a neighbor prompted police to pick up the three 15-year-olds and take them to the Senatobia Police Station.

Thursday, the parents of 15-year-olds – Lakiya Burton of Senatobia, Laranda Wright of Southaven, and Kenvonta Mack of Senatobia – demanded that Tate County Youth Court Referee Leigh Ann Darby be fired after the teens were arrested on trespassing charges, strip-searched and jailed.

A pediphile would go to such lengths. It seems that they were stereotyped and treated the way the officers felt they should have been dealt with. Many individuals have gone into the prisons and looked at how many of us are in there or have looked at statistics on this and have stereotyped all of us.

I am an investor is SFR and has been offered a number of properties in Mississippi. Needless to say, I have declined to purchase ANYTHING in Mississippi. I spent too many days there in the 60′s and early 70′s during the struggle.
It will take another 200 years for any degree of equality to surface. This is no less that what I would expect or anticipate in this “foreign” land.

To most whites, esp. in Mississippi, ALL blacks are criminals; that’s why the parents of these children need to sue the pants off off the county and the court referee fired.

They can do whatever they want to us, but not to the Jews!
When we reflect back to an era when most whites were convinced “blacks” were less human and less able to learn or do anything but sing, dance, and perform manual labor, we should remember that the majority of whites were very satisfied with the abuses our ancestors suffered in order to change the laws and correct the vast wrongdoings. The US government was forced to make the states change. Through danger and death we forced them to change laws but we cannot force them to change their hateful superior racist minds!
This sociopathic white-supremacist dominated nation continues to treat the “black” community with great disrespect and hatefulness. They continue to garner the same mentality that promotes their economic and social growth well above ours. They continue to drive us deeper into poverty and despair, and social confusion while they abuse, incarcerate and murder our youth. Our mainstream intellectuals are convinced that they are on the right path to help our children and those of us on the fringes by simply getting the distorted racist based education generally denied the masses. Yet nothing is worth learning here or owning here if we are not powerful enough and unified enough to guarantee we get the same kind of respect and fair treatment similar to what the Jews have accomplished. We do not have the same support and questionable beginnings as the Jews, but we had damn-well better get our base economic and proper strength of unity together or we will be seeing much worse than the potshots of killings, beatings, incarceration, and quietly imposed levels of hate filled abuses that are rarely spoken about in their racist insanely corrupt media concerns. I see our people so mentally twisted around this “Americanized” social structure, and so assimilated into it, that we have totally lost whatever ‘way’ we might have had! We are merely sitting targets. Only some of us are sitting pretty (wealthy) as targets and some of us have completely sold out to an ‘illusion’. Let the eternally ignorant understand! They can do whatever the want to us. This they already know, as they have always known. They (The Anglo-Elite) strive to make it and keep it just so! Some of us are more than willing to help them, and some of us are too ignorant to realize what they are doing to contribute to their own demise!

There needs to be policy changes, and the Judge should be removed from the position she currently holds. This is obviously a violation of these kids civil rights and their parents. I’m sure there has to be something in law and policy about parental rights, notification, and allowing those children to contact their parents. This is just wrong.

Well, in Mississippi, I guess this is where this happened, it seems people are still not treated with equal right’s. The three families need to hire an attorney to sue the county, & police Dept. for violating their right’s, psychological damage to the teens involved, and yes, keep demanding to have the lady who was in charge of all of this fired. Money talks. It’s the only way to change things. They should sue for as much as possible. And BTW they should have thi sstory on CNN, & other networks to bring publicity to this, and also to bring pressure on the county to fire those involved. They have an attorney, but they need someone else who knows exactly how to proceed to bring this case in the limelight, and get a judgement.

This is absolutely an racial issue. If the kids didn’t have any type of criminal history there so way in the world that these babys should of been striped searched. I’m in TX and if somthing happend like to be beacse I do have Twin Boys I think I would’ve went to jail that day. It’s sad how people can be the people to react to things so small as walking across someones yard. They didn’t do anything wromg just by doing that. I feel a law suit coming. I mean who the hell out of them. Take em for everyrhing that got.

How on earth does a grown person who is supposed to be the epitome of justice and truth (the judge) do this to children???? They need to get rid of her before she cause more harm to children. This sort of treatment of children is inexcusable. It is disgusting that bigotry still exists! When will it end!?!?!?!?!?

This is why our kids are so easily being put in the system. This was uncall for, this judge should have called their parents before sending these kids anywhere to be stripped such. The judge needs to be discharged from her position. She is surely a racist judge, a white kid parents would have been called first. I know everyone thinks it’s always black and white with me, only when I see if for myself the difference if it had been some white teens instead of Black teens. Yes it is a difference

White people always keep two sets of rules on hand, one set of rules for black children and another set of procedures for everybody else. It’s okay. ” The wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God…” 1st Corinthians 6:9 Trust that God will perform a strip search on that demonic lowlife when he allows Satan to rip her soul and torture her in Hell one day.

At the age they should be able to read and comprehend “No Trespassing” means exactly that. Strip search was a bit much, but it got their attention and that of their parents. Teach your children to respect other people’s property!!

People don’t normally get strip searched even for capial offenses. What kind of police is this person supposed to be? The children’s parents should have been called once they found out that they were minors and any action after that should have been taken once the parents got to the police station. I hope these parents can afford to get some good lawyers because these alleged police officials know that in America, even in red neck Mississippi, that you can’t do that to teenages who have only been suspected of trespassing.

I know sometimes people discriminate based on color, but in the case of Leigh Ann Darby, she is just an arrogant, power abusing, hothead who should have never been a judge to begin with. I have experience with her myself.

And I can assure you, Mississippi isn’t what you think it is. Don’t stereotype us the way some people stereotype you.

My stepson, who has a clean record, and was 17 at the time, was skateboarding in Senatobia. The police department took his board and we had to go to the police department to get it. He was caught skateboarding again on the street that our neighborhood connects to (he wasn’t clowning, or abusing anyone’s property… this is the same street people ride bicycles and run on) and was given a youth court date.

We attended, with a lawyer, and Leigh Ann Darby was very hostile and threatened to ship my stepson to youth detention. No criminal record, no trouble with the law… just skateboarding.

    Glad she’s gone.
